Stopped Fall 2002 Fee Increase

Under the leadership of former Student Action External Affairs Vice President Josh Fryday and his successor, Student Action External Affairs Vice President Jimmy Bryant, the ASUC led a system-wide fight that prevented a student fee increase for Fall 2002.
